1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Morocco Loco platform ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Morocco Loco regarding your use of the Platform and any related services.

2. Services Description

Morocco Loco is a digital platform that connects clients ("Users") with independent transport providers and guides ("Providers") across Morocco.

Morocco Loco does not provide transport services directly. Our role is strictly as an intermediary facilitator, providing the technology and support to enable bookings between Users and Providers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Respect the Providers and follow their safety instructions during trips.
• Comply with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Refrain from using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Booking & Payments

All prices listed on the Platform are transparent and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Validation: A booking is considered valid only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Morocco Loco.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Platform.
• Payment: We support multiple payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your booking.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We strive to offer a fair cancellation policy for both Users and Providers.

Refund Process:

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Morocco Loco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Since we act as an intermediary, we are not responsible for the direct actions, misconduct, or negligence of independent Providers. Users participate in activities and transport services at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Morocco Loco and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

8. Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, Providers, or Morocco Loco.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
